Anne Marie Garavaglia, Esq., President & General Counsel
Ms. Garavaglia served as a senior executive in the closing group for JPMorgan’s Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets Group from 2002 to 2008. During her tenure at JPMorgan, she worked closely with production, underwriting, outside legal, securitization and credit teams and successfully negotiated a multitude of CMBS and other structured finance transactions, closing transactions totaling more than $9 billion in proceeds.
Prior to JPMorgan, Ms. Garavaglia was the sole in-house attorney for Overseas Partners Capital Corporation (OPCC), the Atlanta based investment arm of Overseas Partners Limited (OPL), a Bermuda based reinsurance company and spin-off company of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. Ms. Garavaglia’s responsibilities at OPCC/OPL were broad based with primary focus on Class “A” commercial real estate investments, financings and operations and management. and included general corporate matters; litigation management; SEC compliance and filings; and Labor and Employment concerns; Ms. Garavaglia received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida in 1988 and a J.D. from Georgia State University in 1994. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Florida.
